Tried it this way, works good for me.

Up to Wit's End usually the game is over, so the last items are rather additionals which could be chosen depending on the situation. I played some games with this build and allways had the least deaths and most assists and some kills.

I will add some details when I played her more and find the time.

I have seen some Build where Flamebreath is skilled first, but it didnt work out for me. You can hardcore farm with Twin Bite and Burnout and easily push turrets with that dmg.
