No, I think she is an AD champ, to be totally honest. Only two of her skills have AP ratios and both are pretty bad compared to other hybrid champions. This guide looks pretty well off but in my opinion, with no dodge runes or even dodge boots, she ends up with 2% dodge , meaning she will dodge one in 50 attacks. In essence, all you are getting out of the defense tree is 6 magic resist and two armor. With ult, 12 magic resist and four armor. It would be a better investment to spec into the utility tree, the extra 5% experience would be much better. Also, drop a point from brute force and throw it into improved ignite. 10 ability power is better than one attack damage IMO.

This guide is pretty good. But I think Schyvana needs a little more AP on her side. So instead of Blood Thirster I recommend the Gun Blade which is also life steal and spell vamp.
