You reckon you can add notes on how to beat some of the harder match-ups? I haven't gone full lane Singed in so long I'm probably as bad at it as a first time Singed.

Yea I know the feels man back when everyone was a proxy singed and not a lane singed making the transition is hard

can you make a guide where singed eventually builds warmogs?

I don't need to say build warmogs now, it is a if item to fit if the enemy team has a botrk building adc, i would say no.
Like I said almost every item works on singed don't limit it to my suggestions, I'm just sharing what works for me, even singed one trick ponies can't decide on the best singed build, he is not like a cookie cutter build adc.

Is catalyst good for mana regen? IDK

Is catalyst good for hp regen on a champ like singed? NO
catalyst : 13 hp / 5 secs from mana to hp conversion if poison trail toggled on.
warmog: 34 hp / 5 secs (200% of singed base hp regen of 17)
warmog's heart: 450 hp / 5 secs (assuming 3000 max hp)
