This is a slightly different build than the average Singed. Most of the time, you will get first blood (or the assist) and then you just keep rolling from there.

The rune page is just your standard AP rune page (I know it's different than most tank pages, but it works) With this rune page, your early game is almost unfair and late game it helps you do more damage especially against squishy champs.

These masteries are your typical 21 in Defense and the 9 in utility helps your Ghost and early game mana problems without starting with a mana crystal.

Pros:

Perfect compliment to melee teams
Very fast and can soak up ungodly amounts of damage

Cons:

Low health early game. Need to know what your doing
CC will shut your initiation down without merc's

Starting withhelps you zone, chase, and escape early game especially without movement speed runes or masteries. Once you get fling at level 2, your boots come in handy for getting kills/assists.
It's usually a good idea to go back to base once you get enough gold for abut sometimes you're able to stay in lane until you get a, but if you can do that then the game is pretty much over.
Like any good Singed builds,is a must along with a. If the team is heavy in AD, then ashould be the only MR item you need and you should substitute thefor a. (If the enemy has a Yi, Tryndamere, Miss Fortune, Kog'Maw, Tristana, Xin Zhau, or a Warwick thenis practically necessary)

Most of the time, if you get 1 or 2 kills early game without dying, then you should have no problem running around like a madman. After that, just laugh when they surrender at 25 and tell 'em gg.
