If you want AP, build a Deathcap instead of Randuin's but this build isn't for a DPS Singed, it's for a tank Singed. The focus isn't on mana or health but rather tank items that include health/mana. It was written as a guide for people learning how to play Singed as a tank. Your goal is not to kill the enemy outright but to keep your team alive in a team fight while picking off the enemy. I appreciate you not downvoting but please try it before you disagree with it. If you have constructive advise/criticism then please feel free to share.

im not going to vote right now because theres no build in this that focuses on hp mp and ap. rylais yes but thats about all you have to really pack a punch

I'm still new at making guides and could use any help making it more viewer friendly. Glad you liked it. Singed is straight up ridiculous when played right. And to think, I almost wrote him off after my first match... and now he's my number two played champ :D
