My build is a very basic and is favoring an opposing well balanced team comp.

I use Cleanse and Ghost. Nothing else that i've found works better. If you are circling their team in poison then they stun, you cleanse and you keep dealing great damage for a tank.

Don't play any different in ranked then what you may do in pubs. If you are starting out in ranked make sure to be the "boss" of your team because some people dont understand when or when not to get dragon/baron. Make sure to solo top because you want the support with the AD carry bot, and mid is for the AP carry.

Some people say "Why not Boots of Swiftness?" you need the dodge chance from ninja tabi, And with the movement quints you arent missing out on the chases.

DONT USE YOUR POISON UNTIL THE SPELL IS AT LVL 2!
its a huge waste to drain your mana on the lvl 1 poison.
Junglers love singed when they are ganking because of your fling and adhesive. Make sure to capitalize and make use of your amazingness.

Seriously play like you are crazy once you have your Rod of Ages. You'll be surprised how tanky you are once you have it. Run into a fight with your poison and fling anyone but the tank.(THIS APPLIES TO EVERY PART OF THE GAME)

This is when you are impossible to kill unless all 5 of their team focuses u. If they focus you then your team should of killed them all before you die. At the end of this build you should have around ~160 armor and mag resist. The AD carry hates you because you dodge about 1/5 of his auto attacks and you run faster because of nimbleness.

Just run around minions with your poison on and you should average about 150 minions a game.

Singed is OP imo. He does too much dmg with 3 cc spells (poison with rylais, adhesive, and fling) and he is also as tanky as Malphite or Cho'Gath.
