Take the Tear of Godness as quick as possible cuz mana will give you bonus HP,thereafter buy Frozen Heart for tanking turrets and for extra mana,also try farming your ToG fast.
Upgrade the tear and buy catalyst the protector,after upgrade it,then the will of the ancients for more ressistance and spell vamp which is awesome when pushing lanes,the Warmog's Armour for bonus HP
NOTE:Take as the secondary item the boots of Switness for the extra very weellcomed speed.

Pros / Cons

You can also take:
Ghost for the movement speed needed for the E.
Clarity for the mana pool.
Ignite for feeding.
Smite for jungle if you are brave.
Exhaust for gagfights.
Heal for more durability.

Troll Art

When fighting 1v1 use your fling as many times as possible in combination with Q.
For the combo youll have to activate Q put the W under opponent's feets and the to fling them into your team.
