Alright, this will be my second guide. Once again I am mainly just writing for my website: http://www.gamercore.net so please be sure to check it out if this guide helped you pubstomp. This guide is essentially just for people to look at the items and you should basically get the gist of it. I'll add some short explanations for what you're doing with the items.

Alright, so Swiftness boots to chase and fling people / run away.
RoA for HP, Mana, and AP. Gives you some good poison damage, lets you use poison longer, and gives you a lot of HP.
Miracle because GP5 is cool and you get more CC reduction without needing merc treads.

Now, take a look at the enemy team. Who is fed? How many AP / AD do they have? Examine the situation. If they have more AD than AP, get 3 chain armor. If they have more AP than AD, get 3 negatron cloaks. If it seems rather balanced determine whichever is more fed, then get 2 of that and one of the other.

I took the liberty of adding items that you can turn your 3 negatron or 3 chain vest into, juts because I'm a nice guy. Basically you're going to counter whoever does the most damage and run around laughing your *** off while they can't kill you. This seriously will carry every normal game with little - no problems.
