Im not much of a tank player as I much more prefer to be the one doing the damage, however when I met singed I realized I had found the perfect combo. I very rarely come across a singed that can get close to matching mine in tanking, damage, and crowd control. Since Poison is such a high damage - low mana cost spell its the best way to take control of early game, especially against squishies. Next I build my adhesive. I notice that a lot of builds focus on building "Fling" early and I disagree with this idea. Each level of fling only increases damage, nothing more. As singed you want to worry about tank > crowd control > damage [any other damage besides your poison]. By building Adhesive 2nd (and effectively using it after you fling) you are 99% guaranteeing your team a free kill when initiating fights/chases and are the perfect rescue for any allie heros needing saving.
