this gear is vary powerful and the the start of the game, and will not make you week mid game.
buying hp pots and mana pots may be a good thing. i don't show any other potion other then at the start.

Boots of Speed(350)
hp potion x1 (35)

1st return:(500)
ninja taps (500)

2nd return:(700)
Chain Vest(700)

3rd return:(880)
Cloak of Agility(880)

mid game ish(level 7-9)

4th return: (825)
Atma's Impaler (825)

you should be able to 1v1 other champs no problem or even 1v2
the gear past here vary on your kills

5th return:(450)
Regrowth Pendant (450)

6th: (1110 or 1585)
Giant's Belt (1110)
and/or
Ruby Crystal (475)

7th: (965)
warmog's armor (965)

8th:(1195)
zeal (1195)
or its parts till you you get it

9th:(1700)
Phantom Dancer (1700)
or its parts till you you get it

10th:
Guardian Angel (2600)
and/or
warmog's armor again (3000)

11th:
the one you did not get in number 10
