Thank you for the feed back, i spent quite a lot of time on this build and i have been trying out new first items. This is mainly a 3 v 3 build i forgot to mention that. I actually thinks the stats that you get form the E. Calling is pretty good for a first item and in 3v3's you do see a lot of mundo's and hard AD Lifesteal Carries. I've used E. Callling as a first item for a long time, And its passive the little 4 DoT coupled with the red buff's DoT it has gotten that person that got away many many times. Thank you for your time.

An executioner's calling is a itemization intended for a response to a particular champion or build, not as a main spec (and especially not a first build item).

You whip out an executioner's against heavy support teams, life-steal Yi, Mundo, or even Poppy.
You do not put it in your main build though.
The stats per effectiveness on the item is just not worth it.

As an alternative, without changing your idea of crit/ad Sion, I would suggest a Stark's.
