Skarner
Skarner is a tank that excels at crowd controlling his target for a insane amount of time. Skarner's most iconic ability for crowd control is Impale, Skarner rears his stinger and suppresses his target for 1.75 seconds. With Impale Skarner can setup free kills for his teammates. Overall Skarner is a champion that can be used to effectively shut a person out of a fight and potentially make it a 4v5.

How to play skarner top
in the Early game you want to cs the best you can. Watch out for the enemy jungler.
At level 6, you can roam:
Use Seismic Bastion for more movement speed.
Grap the enemy with Impale and move him under your tower or to your teammate.
For the enemy toplaner it is not so easy to kill you because you are tanky,
You can stun and deal damage to him with Ixtal's Impact. if you sure that you can kill him, you can also use your ult, but make sure that your ult is ready in teamfights:
ult a enemy (preferably the damage dealer) and move him to your team.
