For the skill order say your facing someone like xin u would want to get e 2nd because of his horras, the reason I say that is because say he jumps to u stun him walk off take as little damage from that then once u have ur w u then can horras him let him jump to u stun w him. Another example say ur facing a rumble ur not gonna be able to get close a farm as easy with his range that is what is good about ur q it allows you to farm with a instant refresh if u kill the target. Now for te runes why i take the attack speed it because of your w it heals u and doubles the heal on active so more attack speed more true damage delt and more heal.
