It's important to have nice well and thought out descriptions. I know you can do a lot better, and that's why I'm posting. TBH, I'd really recommend adding Innervating Locket to your build due to the fact that you're switching stances, that's how I look at it, quite often. That's 50hp and 20 mana every time you do so. I'd also highly recommend a Zhonya's Ring in the build as well. It's a load of additional ap and a last resort item for making Sona that much more invincible in team fights.
As far as the runes come along, I'd really think about switching that up for the better. If it were me, I'd shoot for AP, AP per level, Mp5.
Anyway, work on that description, add some pictures and color, cuz people like that kind of stuff :D Good Luck!
