Yes cdr does cap but even though it's overcap those items u get r late so even at early game u won't have to worry. Also besides cdr there is other bonuses. :)

I like the guide but can i ask why you have so much extra cdr? maybe im wrong but its capped at 40% right? And i think with ur full build you have 78%... seems like bad use of slots =\
