I'm pretty sure even for an old build, this is terrible.

I just was to pick a bone with you on one thing. There are a few new items in the game, one of them called Innervating Locket. Mana Manipulator builds into that with gives some very nice Health and Mana bonuses. All-in-all a very strong build.

what i like about your build is that you really focused on support, you didnt try to mix in some damage to get yourself kills. however i would disagree with getting clarity, if you're plan is tournament style then clairvoyance is so much better even if it seems useless with the wards and what not you can scout around the map with ease, if you suspect a gank pop a clair and be done with it, though i see your logic in not getting it. mid-late game you wont even need to worry about mana so clarity would mainly just be for your team in which case even heal could be a viable option to put in there.
