Stay away from her.
Only allow your ADC to be caught by her E and R.
In that case, Q and E on her ADC's path to prevent them from getting near the scene.
Karma
Zyra
Nami
You must admit that she outheals you before your W reach lv 4. In terms of poking and buffing pre-6, she is better than you in both aspects and therefore Q so that you can regen enough and avoid combat.
Thresh
Stay behind minions.
Apply tactics mentioned in Leona's note if your ADC get caught.
Another trick in breaking his CC chain is to place E under your hooked ADC so that he can't use E to glide your ADC to his ADC's side.
But ofc, smart Thresh will E just right before he arrived at the hooked ADC to avoid being silenced.
Brand
Movement is the key in dealing with this fire man. He will either use W on you or your ADC to poke, so keep a fine distance from him and only poke (regen) after he used his skill.
At level 6 he can unleash his full damage potential so prepare flash and be even more alert to his movement.
Janna
Alistar
Play peacefully against him.
Keep a fine distance between you and him, you and your ADC or he will go nuts and CC one of you, or 2 if you stick too close to your ADC.
Apply tactics similar to that against Leona.
Braum
Just don't get hit by his Q or he and his ADC will come to stun you to death. Hence stay behind minions.
You can regen well because you have a lot of chance poking him and his adc as Braum is not a totally offensive support.
Most of the time you may find your bot lane time against him gets stuck in a stalemate unless either ADC makes their moves.
Blitzcrank
Bard
Fiddlesticks
Lee Sin
Soraka
Lulu
Sona
Varus
His reason for getting well on with Soraka is because he has a form of hard CC. Every ADC that can do CC is a potential strong Synergy with Soraka.
Vayne
At the moment i don't think Vayne is a weak ADC in lane anymore. Her Q tumble has become the main mobility and damage source for evasion and poking. Regardless, your help in healing can keep Vayne alive long enough for her to deliver true damage from her 3rd shot. Also she can do CC, so you can chain with E for even longer CC time.
Ezreal
You can just ignore his position because he can disengage a fight at ease with his E, leaving you behind at any time.
Know that you shouldn't engage too hard otherwise you may find yourself stuck in between two hard places.
Ashe
Draven
He is more suitable with Offensive support.
Your passive play style and poor engaging kit will dampen his strength and pull him down.
So you need to properly manage between your poking (regen) and movement so that you can neither be get caught nor hurt yourself too much to become his burden.
Lucian
Same reason as Draven.
Kai'Sa
Jinx
Caitlyn
Xayah
Tristana
Same reason as Draven.
But in the other hand, if you wish to synergy with her, place yourself a little bit high in lane so that you can be in range for E right after the moment she jumps on the enemies for the chained CC.
This seems dangerous and actually unnecessary, but if you truly wish to prove lane dominance then it might be the way.
Sivir
Sivir is an exception where her kit allows her to do both dealing dmg and shielding herself (and even you) from a skill no matter how strong it is. In this case, both of you can protect each other well and that's why i rate her Strong with Soraka.
