Temaria: 3 gp5 is maybe a bit much (still fine, just takes a bit mroe money and depends on how good you're doing), however 2 is normal to get on a support anyway. Since you won't have any lasthits you will need them, without them you won't even have money for the wards needed (not even thinking of oracles yet).

On the build: Nicely done, only thing you should change has been mentioned earlier (RUNES!), however I'm wondering if you'll have enough money to constantly use a blue pot late game?

i would also like to add that u get all this gold and for what? and im pretty sure it doesnt stack, buy even if it did, what are u gettin gtons of extra gold for if you arent getting like any items...?

i agree with spirit visage but you have no AP and her heals go off aP i swear people dont even read her moves. im giving this a big thumbs down.

I don't really understand the runes, even disregarding the fact that you have 9 of each quint listed. Magic pen on a support build is kind of...

I also kind of think if you're designing this guide for people in ELO hell, you might want to focus more on survivability than AP, since you can't trust anyone on your team to know what to do.

In addition to the "Self-cast" tip, if you select an ability by either clicking on it or Q,W,E, or R, and hit F1-F5 it will cast that ability on the corresponding hero in the corner.

Very true. Its tough to see anyone but sona these days supporting. Guides like this really help people learn how viable other supports are.

Good item choise aswell as a good explaination for them. To reply on that muppet "Discogrind", Soraka is just what is needed in elo hell, since noone won't bother picking supports anyways.
