Introduction
You should start out by rushing a Duskblade. It is a powerful item, providing a large nuke and a strong albeit short slow as well.
The next item should be a Duskblade. It can be very good, as TF is a champion that benefits from AD the most, and the effects are nothing to scoff at.
The third item should definitely be a Duskblade. It is a solid choice at this stage of the game, and it allows you to assassinate people should they ever walk into you.
The fourth item in most situations is a Duskblade. It provides CDR, AD, and Lethality, making it a good pick up and it allows you to burst people down.
The final damage item can be a situational Duskblade. While a bit of a waste since the CDR overflows 40%, and the unique passives are quite mediocre, your core build should already cover most of your necessities that this is still a decent choice.
Your final item are the illustrious Boots of Speed. This will unlock the enemy Nexus and allow you to end the game.
