Interesting guide...
I enjoyed the read and comparing it to the other Soraka guides...

Overall, I like the guide. It's comprehensive, useful, and covers just about everything a good support guide should.

That said, I do have some problems with the guide. Mainly how it looks.
The guide, as a whole, looks a bit unorganized. A lot of sections of the guide were clumped together unnecessarily (like runes, masteries and items) making for massive walls of text and a Table of Contents that doesn't let you immediately scroll to a section you want to read.

Also, a lot of sections that could have been merged together aren't, (like all the different builds) making the whole thing a bit confusing to navigate. There are many sections that seem like they should all at least be next to each other, ("My Favorite Build", for example could have kept among the other sections pertaining to specific builds.) but instead are thrown into a random spot in the guide for no apparent reason. Add to all that a lack of formatting, and it just looks a bit unappealing.

The guide itself, however, is good, if a little wordy, and serves as a fine general use Soraka guide. +1!

@giantzombi: Indeed they are, but I have played with various ways to reach quick CDR, and I think when starting with high rune/mastery CDR and more items later, your Ionian Boots of Lucidity get redundant. She lacks Movespeed and Mobility Boots are just awesome for Warding, clearing and just running around :D CDR-boots are still a good pick, but I figure Elixir of Brilliance is cheaper and allows you to bridge the CDR-gaps in early and mid game better.
I think that the time between publishing and your comment did not allow you to read my guide though ;)
