introduction

if you're in a game against a shen. the game is no longer league of legends, it is now stop the shen. this build is for pure tank/support shen.

laning

you can either go solo top or support bot.
If bot, you must zone their team till they quit.
If top, you must farm. with all your defenses most enemies wont be able to stop you.
Ex 1. i was solo top and fighting a renekton. renekton couldn't hurt me at all so i outfarmed him 2x his cs.

team work

if someone on your team is about to die, ult them. then heal them when you get to them.

if someone on your team is running from a group teleport to his lane and help. only use this if ult is'nt up.

Farming

use your Q before they die and auto attack to kill. to keep up hp regeneration.

Items

use the set items above to give you a balanced tank, depending on their team you can change the abyssal and FoN to armor items such as FoN and thornmail. If they are more AP, switch out sunfire after you used it enough to farm and get banshees.
