When you use teemo with this build you use your basic attack more then anything when you go into a fight use blinding dart then basic attack. With this build you will always have enough mana to plant your mushrooms always plant your mushrooms on the side or your lane so if your team doesnt call mias you wont get gank.But this build relies more on your basic attack once you get the full build you can kill anyone you could kill a fed xin just blind him then basic attack you win. Teemo is a good heraser thats why you get toxic shot so when your herase they lose more health from the poison then if you use blinding dart. well I hope my guild helps anyone who looks at it and thanks.
