No, No, No, No. This "guide" is not good at all. For example, why the hell would you ever build like this on Annie..? The synergy between her kit and your suggested item build is non existing, the runes are terrible and you don't give any good explanation to why you would build like this. Stop doing guides and start worrying about your rating instead.
