you can choose between more damage + slower items(you dont have per sec gold)
or
faster items and more tanky

Masteries

Some AP(4) armour and magic resist and some nice utility masteries

Items

You can sale you Aegis of The Ligeon for some AP stuf like Rylai's

Spells

You can also pick Heal if they dont have a jungeler, Exaust meybe to slow enemies so your lane mate can get a kill but i think its not soo good

Easy to play
You can very easy flee becaus you got something in 450 movementspeed

Early game very big mana problems
Slow long cooldowns early game
You can push or pull your enemies whit your ult sometimes it can bee bad
