You don't have to read all the stuff i wrote, BUUT! it's Very Important so i recommend You to READ IT!!

Starting Items__________________________________________________________________________

: Ferie Charm: This item will give you a very high mana regen in early game, will help you to spam abilities so you can kill faster.

: Health Potion: This health potions will help you alot to stay in your lane for a long time so you can get xp.


Essential Items__________________________________________________________________________

: Athene's Unholy Grail: will give you enough mana regeneration to spam abilities and you'll become very hard to kill, if you spam your ''Q'' it also give a very nice amount of cooldown reduction.

: Ionian Boots of Lucidity: What? more cooldown isn't bad just if you haven't reached 45% already :) (Also you can equip Enchantment: Alacrity it gives you more Movement Speed [45]).


: Shurelya's Reverie: Will give you way more regeneration, it also give you an active, that active give you an Aura that causes 40% Movement Speed for 3 seconds to all Nearby Allies and You.

Mid-Late Game Items_____________________________________________________________________

: Warmog's Armor: One of the most important items in this build (In My Opinion) this item gives you an stupid amount of Health Regeneration and Health, this is enough to be like ''Super Hard to Kill'' not only because of this item, all items Together make a very very very high amount of Regeneration.

: Spirit of the Spectral Wraith: What?? TELL MEE IF YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH REGENERATION!!! like i've told you, Regeneration is Awsome! why not more? Also some Spell Vamp Wont be Bad!!

: Rabadon's Deathcap: Ok,Ok,Ok! Fine, enough regeneration i think it's time for some damage dont you think? well in that case we're going to get a Rabadon's Deathcap this items give us a very nice amount of ''AP'' (Ability Power) we're going to get Very Strong when we get this item.

Alternative Items (In Case that you think you aren't tank enough)________________________________

: Rod of Ages: Just some Health and Mana, also it will be increasing depending on the time elapses.

: Rylai's Crystal Scepter: Rylai's Crystal Scepter give us some nice hp (500) Also it give us a very nice passive, everytime we use an abilitie on Champion or Creeper (Minion) it will slow them for 35%.

Glyph_________________________________________________________________________________

: Glyph of Mana Regeneration: This Rune give us Mana Regeneration every 5 seconds, it's very great when you're supporting in bot.

Mark__________________________________________________________________________________

: Mark of Mana Regeneration: Similar to Glyph of Mana Regeneration give us Mana Regeneration per 5 seconds.

Seal__________________________________________________________________________________

: Seal of Health Regeneration: This Rune balance the Mana Regeneration Runes, it give us Health Regeneration, this will work very good together with the items build.

Quinntessence__________________________________________________________________________

: Greater Quintessence of Health Regeneration: Just some more Health Regeneration.... Trust me it will work.

: Greater Quintessence of Mana Regeneration: Some Mana Regeneration..

: Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed: Her Passive + This Rune would be great, easy to Run Away in Early Game, just in case someone is Chasing You.

Why this Masteries?

1. Offensive Damage works very great for her.
2. Some Health Regeneration and Health works good with items and runes.
3. Movement Speed when out of combat for go to tower fast and recall to go base fast.

Abilities

Trying always to level up as fast as you can Janna's ''Q'' and ''W'' shield its very important too, but not too much cuz we already have Regeneration.

Pros



1.Easy to run away from enemy.
2.Easy to make the enemy mad.
3.Low Cooldowns.
4.High amount of damage.


Cons



1.Easy to kill when enemy has CC.
2.Squishy in early game.
3.Silence.
