I'm gonna start with saying: This is my first Guide. I've never played Rek'Sai but I am a support main. I know what typically works for supports.
This is by no definition of the word "Complete." I will update it as I keep playing Rek'Sai support to see what works, who counters Rek'Sai and who works well with her.
What I will say, is that for nearly every suggestion in this guide, there are extensive notes for that, justifying the choice of Runes, Item Build, and Skill Order.
