I agree with Keels, until i look into the actual title of this guide. it would be fine if you wanted a more tanky Cassiopeia. i dont see any reason you would want to have a survival cassie, but realistically you shouldnt need to have to go tank. if you do, something has gone very wrong within your team or your game. but its still a nice build for the concept.

.... and add in Rabadon's. She shouldn't be this tanky. Throw out the rylai's. I think it's unnecessary, really.
