Introduction
Talon is quite fun... He is a strong melee assassin and a very good farmer, because of Rake !He is played Solo-Top, Mid, and on Duo lanes! But i rather play on duo lanes or mid!
PROS:
great farmer/pusher with
Rakebursts with

-cutthroat combo or
-cutthroat-
nice teamfights with 2 AoE-DMG spells
nice escape mechanics
CONS:
is squishy and early game cooldown dependent
all his dmg is AD, get armor and he is useless
he is new, almost first focused
no healing or sustain abilities, has to go back early if focused

Masteries
He is only AD dependent, so make him stronger! And as second Tree i recommend the Deff-Tree.. But if u want to, take the Utility :D

Seals: Mana Reg. /5 per Lvl
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana RegenerationWhy? "Talon doenst have mana problems!" -Ya, but its good to have it! You can stay longer in lane, which is important if u go solo top or mid and just spam
!Glyphs: Attack Speed, we want Talon to hit faster!
Greater Glyph of Attack SpeedQuints: very recommended Armor Pen Greater Quintessence of Desolation
but some extra health is nice too :D

- Starting Item: Doran's Blade :" Life,Dmg,Lifesteal " best start!
- After First Blood i go for Ionian Boots of Lucidity , the CD's are pretty long at the beginning and Talon vs Talon,just say cooldown advantage!
Sure Berserker's Greaves are good, but you can take the little ATS disadvantage, believe me!
So, now im rushing Phage for a "life + AD + hit-slow advantage!"
After that, buy seal and improve it to Phantom Dancer, it makes you Mid-Game stronger!
- Then, watch ur money and look for Trinity Force,it has everything you need!
And dont say "It has AP, thats useless! I rather buy something else!" INCORRECT, it gives you crit chance, movement speed, makes your Q Noxian Diplomacy stronger and life and mana :D nice,nice,nice
But Early and Mid game is over, so start to get more AD!
2 Words - Bloodthirster
Most AD ingame + Lifesteal! Nothing against that.
You realy do damage now, so what's about Deff? - -Sure. Banshee's Veil, life + mana + magic resistance + and the greatest passive of an item!
But dont buy it, if the enemies have hard physical damage output!!!
The last item,if u hadn't win yet, is individually. Maybe another Bloodthirster
or some Armor..

(Q) Noxian Diplomacy cool on hit effect, makes ur target visible for a short time and let it take DoT!
(W) Rake It is your core harassment in the lane! 3 Blades in a cone fly away and come back!
(E) cutthroat Very kewl spell, immediately leaps behind the target, and silencing it!

(R) Ulti: Shadow Assault I love it, low cooldown late game ~35 sec.
Talon gets invisible and 40% movement speed for 2,5 seconds. A circle of blades move away from him!
If Talon gets visible again, the blades catch him and do damage to all enemies in their way!- Creat to escape or to gank!
(Q)

Summoner Spells
- nice combo with
- does that little damage which can change a raging "LUCKER!" or "hahaha, i got you!"
- 50% less heals or hp-reg, nice against lanes with supporter or Mundo's Ultimate for example
- Nothing is against a Off/Deff Spell
- Off: if the target is to far away -"Just flash" or for a short escape from the turret dive
- Deff: Flash away from skillshots or if u would get ganked, over a wall. RECOMMENDED
Summary
nice to catch up a lost enemy, reveals his location
does very high dmgcutthroat lets you jump pretty far and harass your sololane
Nice speed, enough time to escape durring invisible and nice damge if you are positioning right!Early game: harass with
RakeMid game: if u got
Phantom Dancer : Noxian Diplomacy then cutthroat Rake and fast back behind your minions!Late Game:
cutthroat
and try to catch their carries!!!
