Ok so this is how i built talon my first game, seemed to suit me well. He is very fun, but if uncoordinated with team it could end badly. Hope you like the build. =)

Pros: Fun
massive damage
some lifesteal to give minor survivability aside the spells.
Cons: If uncoordinated you will most likely die
can 1v1 easy, but if it turns into gank cooldowns may get you killed.

Now runes, i personally have only a few therefore i wont preach what to get, altough if i had them i would at least have some armor pen.

Ive found that he may be a good jungler even though he may not be classified as such yet, feel free to add anything on this section. The only reason i go jungle with him atm would be to kill dragon, red buff, baron, or speedy access to gank.

Best combo for this build/rotation is as follows: R,sprint to them, E, Q, when they try to run W to finish em off flash if needed.

I have got the recent weeks scores, all by me, and I have to say they look pretty darn good!
