Talon Passive Ability

Introduction

Talon is one of the best assassins that bursts enemy champions very quickly.He has nice harass and farm with his W , also he can jump/gang to the enemies really quickly with his E CUTTHROATThis ability doesn't allows them to flash away or to stun you 1 second, that makes him a nice nuker
Talon is an aggressive melee champion that provides really nice gameplay,he also offers nice gangs.Talon is a great initiator when he jump with his E he can easily nuke someone and stealth when he gets focused by the enemy champions

Abilities

Mercy - Mercy(Passive)
Talon's auto-attacks deal additional damage to a target that is under the influence of any crowd control effect.

- Noxian Diplomacy
The next autoattack deals additional physical damage and resets the autoattack cooldown.Also causes bleed for 6 seconds taking 3/6/9/12/15 damage per second and revealing their location for short duration.
This ability is really useful for destroying turrets and last hitting minions if u miss.Also u can double strike the enemies and bleed them.

- Rake
- Talon sends out a volley of daggers in a cone that then quickly returns back to him.This attack deals physical damage every time it passes through an enemy.Additionally, the enemy is slowed for 2 seconds.
This ability allows you to throw daggers in cone of you slowing all enemies that it hits.It's realy nice ability because of the AoE slow and the dmg.Try to hit them at the with the end of the range it deals more damage.

Cutthroat - Cutthroat
An ability that allows Talon to catch his enemies by surprise. Talon leaps behind his target and silences them for a short duration, amplifying the damage of any of his follow up attacks and abilities.
Nice ganging, initiating ability that silences the enemy giving talon chance to burst them out before they can do something to escape.

- Shadow Assault(Ultimate)
Talon enters stealth for a short duration, gaining a movement speed boost and sending blades that deal damage to all enemies in their path flying in every direction. Once the blades reach a certain distance, they pause and form a circle. When Talon reappears from stealth, the blades return to him, once again dealing damage to any opponent they pass through.
Talon's ultimate can be used in many ways, when he stealth he can go to the enemy and nuke them fast without giving them a chance to react, also he can escape with the speed boost that his ultimate provide.

Runes

For Runes i take.
x9 - Greater glyph of Warding
+ 13 Magic resist - For more endurance early game

x9 - Greater Seal of Resilience
+ 13 Armor-Again for more Survivability early game

And Armor Penetration for Marks and Quintessence!

x3Greater Quintessence of Desolation - Greater Quintessence of Desolation
+ 25 Armor Penetration - More damage output late game when enemy gets armor.
