Hello my friends since Talon was yet not released i headed up the things to prepare my rune and masterie boards when the champ comes out and since i wanted my stuff organized i decided to already do the build and later when i comes out i will put this on the respective champ (Talon).

Ok After the realease and some tests i decided that Talon should be stronger on terms of helth to so give him a little changes on the build hope you like it :)
