This has been my build that I've been using for Talon. I have built him for mostly DPS there's a few tweeks that you can make for a bit more survivability.

I built my items by getting a lot of damage mid game, I start out with Youmuu's Ghostblade for it's active and for the extra damage and crit. After that I work my way to building a Frozen Mallet it gives great health and with Talon's passive probably one of his best items you can get. After i build up towards the Bloodthirster, its massive damage and lifesteal allow me to easily gain back my health after a team fight or even during a team fight.
I get a Banshees just so i can get the extra hp and the 45sec spell block is always nice when I'm going against an AP user. And last i work up to Infinity Edge it gives me very good damage and with its extra Critical damage and Critical I'm able to easily take down most People.

These are probably not the best runes but i think with the extra Attack Pen, Attack Damage, and Attack Speed early game I can really cause a lot of harrasment early game and do good mid game.

I take rake for the early harrasment and then Cutthroat so when ever over extends i can easily do a ton of dmg within a short amount of time then get out. I routinely get my Ultimate as it's good for getting away with the combo with flash if needed, and the massive amounts of damage that it can cause. after that i start getting rake maxed and Noxian Diplomacy Maxed until I reach level 10 15 17 18 where i get points in Cutthroat.

Last i get 21/0/9 Masteries, enabling me to get maximum damage and extra Experience and Gold if I'm not doing good in farming.
