Introduction
1. Enough ARP and AD to nuke your enemies in few seconds and make them cry.
2. Enough CDR (Cooldown Reduction) on level 18 to nuke your enemies every 20-30 seconds only with your ultimate.
3. Enough survivability to run away from every gank and back door your enemy turrets only by yourself and stay alive even when the enemy team try to kill you!

Runes
Seals - 5x Health Per Level Seals and 4x Dodge %. Talon is very squishy early-mid game, the dodge will save your life.
Glyphs - 9x Cooldown Reduction Per Level Glyphs. Talon have some CD problems but when you have 10%+ CDR from runes ONLY you won't have any problems
Quintessence - 2x Armor Penetration Quintessences and 1x Cooldown Reduction per Level Quintessence. Everything is up there ^ .

BLUE BUFF - The blue buff is very useful for Talon too. To be honest i haven't experience mana problems but i like that buff because of the cooldown reduction, get the buff if you have that opportunity.

Masteries
Sorcery instead ofAlacrity. I think its a lot better to have almost 1% Cooldown Reduction instead of 1% Attack Speed, its really not noticeable. At the whole game you need both Red and Blue buff that's why you needUtility Master, you really don't needGreed when you farm minions that fast, 1 gold every 10 seconds/6 gold per minute come on that really sucks, its useless if you ask me.

Skill Sequence
Rake beforeNoxian Diplomacy. Rake allows you to farm creeps much faster which helps you feed faster.Cutthroat is not that useful from the damage side so i don't have to discuss it, just get it at level 3-4 and leave it at rank 1 until level 14. GetShadow Assault as soon as possible

Team Work
Sion,Taric andAsheIs always good if the team mate on your lane is support/tank which means that he can pass you kills which means you will get fed faster. In team fights don't go first like a tank, just wait the last moment and use your ultimate as fast as you can, try to kill as much as you can enemies but don't let your team mates die!

Frozen Mallet is a must have so your enemies are always slowed
You can teleport behind enemies so they won't run from you that easy
It's really fun to play it requires more then right click
Can kill turrets or any buildings very fast because Q usable versus buildings
Can solo turrets late game.
Low ultimate CD late game.
Fast minion farmer.
Can run away from gank's easy.

Quicksilver Sash instead of Youmuu's Ghostblade. Quicksilver Sash is very useful if the enemy team have a lot ofExhausts get it as soon as possible in mid/late game if that's right.Get what you think is right for you but don't forget to activate them when you have to!

Guardian's Angel if you want 2 life's instead of something, just keepInfinity Edge andFrozen Mallet!It's very hard to kill tanks with that build so if you want you can exchange something for
Madred's Bloodrazor, you can buyElixir of Agility after purchasing Madred's Bloodrazor so you can increase your attack speed.
