The rune build is made to start with descent damage yet good survivability, therefor the early armor penetration & attack damage along with the Magic Resistance & Armor.

The mastery build is all out on damage, and supporting Ignite & Flash improvement.

The itembuild is focused on keeping the sustain from early game up to late game, yet gathering items for greater "tanky-ness" with alot of itemperks that causes Talon to be a consistant deadly threat, who wont be taken down easily.

A build i scratched up in a quicky (mostly for myself) & for those who thinks talon is great, but just cant deliver what he's potential of in late game. To keep the damage yet to increase his survivability and defense.
