I had great games playing this build and have only had bad games when the enemy team ganks top when i am alone and without a ward. My beginning burst is enough with this guide to take just about any champ level 5 and under down from 75% with all my spells at level 4. The build order is effective and the runes are common but very good for that early game. I find after level 4 ganking is very easy and after a few kills the enemy team starts playing paranoid and by that time the games in the bag. (usually) I think Trinity force is a good buy because it adds some much needed health and a slow, movement boost and sheen's proc. Also infinity edge trumps blood thirster because you need those crits and that extra 50% crit damage shreds enemies imo. I found your guide to be the best of the Talon guides i have tried. Thanks for making it!

Scroll all the way down any guide on mobafire, you'll see a list with all the champions. Click on Talon, and there you are.

Woops, m'bad then, thought his guide would have more rating with 4 votes if they were all up-votes, and it did seem like too big a coincidence that since I've been checking that this guy wasn't coming online he came online the exact day this guy got into the top 10.

How did you get onto that menu that shows how many upvotes they have?

Onto your guide, I won't vote yet. Namely because, I disagree with taking two defensive items on Talon, on its own would do fine. And don't make that much of a difference on Talon's gameplay, are a much better choice for him IMO. I don't think is a good choice for Talon, and when I asked about it on the mobafire forums, quite a lot of people agreed that there are much better items to take on him.

I'm not saying your build is bad, 'cuz replace with and that's exactly the build I used to use, just in a different order, and I've had some amazing games with that build. But I think there are better ways of itemizing him.

is a nice item indeed, it gives very much ad. But without those stacks, it becomes less viable. So thats why I picked instead of . But as I said in the guide, you can replace one of those 2 items with if needed.

I think is a good item on Talon. It gives so much, A random slow proc, movement, crit, health and the sheen proc. So i dont see why this item isn't viable on Talon.

About the boots. mixed with gives you like 2.5 sec less cooldown on your rake and like 15 less seconds cooldown on your ult. So it is a good item to have. But I totally agree that Tenacity is important. So I will buy Mercury only if Neccesary (when I get focused or when they have much cc).
