I agree with what you say about fling, I will change it. The Rod Of Ages is also a good item, like a posted at the bottom of the item section. Sorry about the spelling mistakes, I'm from Belgium, but I didn't want to start my guide by saying: 'Sorry about all the spelling mistakes, but I'm from Belgium, etc.' I try to mind my spelling as much as possible and I think it is not OK, to take it as an excuse not to watch out for spelling mistakes.
About the Fortify thingy, I don't think Singed needs ad...
And I know it is a must for every mage, but I still prefer not to take Rabbadon's. I rather like to take Zonya's hourglass, because of the armor.

I suggest you take Fling at level 1, it'll be much easier to get a 1st blood if a duo fight occurs. I don't really see how 2 AP items can be good, besides the fact your slow is good and you got a ton of hp through your passive (actually, try getting archangel earlier. I think it helps slightly better). There are some spelling errors (such as potion trail etc). Fyi, Fortify has a passive which gives you 9 attack damage (If I'm not wrong). Rod of Ages is actually better than Banshee's Veil, giving you mana (bonus hp from passive and bonus AP from archangel's staff) as well as hp, both being higher and a AP boost as well. I prefer taking Rabaddon's deathcap on EVERY AP champ, but apparantly in your build, its good enough, and I stand by that.
