This is a tanky Pantheon build with nice damage along with it. I hope you like it and if you do go try it out and tell me wat you think. :)

So Pantheon is a great harraser in early game with his spear shot but he has some mana problems early game aswell.

I thin that Pantheon is great with Armor penetration. With an early Brutalizer and Armor penetration marks and quintessences pantheon can do great damage with a lv 2 Spear shot and can easily push the opponent out of lane. It is ver important that you max Heartseeker Strike First . Because of Pantheons low cooldown on his spearshot you can easily pull out a Spear Shot - Aegis of Zeonia - Heartseeker strike - Spear shot combo wich can do massive damage.

Pantheon has a good early game and if you have more teammates with good early game you could pic a fight with the enemy and set yourself ahead. And In teamfights when using Heartseeker strike try to hit as much enemies as possible with it

when in a 1 vs 1 fight Pantheon is really good,always make sure that you do your full combo but when the combo goes on cooldown hit the Effect of Yoummu's Ghostblade for the attack speed to trigger your passive faaster,when the cooldowns are back use your combo again and if your opponent isnt dead you should retreat. Oh and In late-game you shouldnt pick 1 vs 1 fights unless your fed.
