Hey small headsup: 
Rylai's Crystal Scepter's slow doesn't stack with other slows. Frozen Tomb's and Ice Shard's (level 3 onwards) slows are higher than 30%. Besides the HP, is there any reason to not replace it with, say, Bloodletter's Curse or Riftmaker?
