Well I have built into this build after jungling, but tbh after you get cloth armor and 5x health pots you can jungle effectively anyway, so I just get that, jungle and then start building this build. However the cloth armor does turn into madred's and I can see no downside to it.

Will add a simple jungle build at some point thanks for input :)

I was actually thinking of doing this with him lol, im a huge fan of on hit effect items.
