O.k. we all know Eve lost her stun, but this can still be worked around with this build, it's always worked for me tried and true.

Start with a Long Sword and a red pot, stay in the lane as long as you can, go back with you have a grand and buy the Boots of Mobility. Let the ganking begin. Since the nerf she can't get kills as easily at low levels, so look for a good assist opportunity to get fed. Being there is the key. Get an Avarice Blade, then turn the sword into a Brutalizer. You will need a Vampiric Scepter earlier now that she has been nerfed so grab that. Stick with the ganks doing your best to get last hits after the assist until you can buy a B.F Sword and build into a Black Cleaver. If you find you need the extra punch finish the Ghostblade first and use it's active. Either order is fine. The goal is enough armor pen/reduction to be able to kill even the tanky champs when you need to. Afterwards grab a Zeal. Hopefully your feeding like a boss, get another B.F. Sword for your last slot, build into an Infinity Edge. Finish the Bloodthirster and your done. You exit stealth after Ravage, lowering their armor, then with your 45 additional armor pen and the pen Black Cleaver adds, you pop Ghostblade and your ultimate and hit 2.4 speed roughly. You two hit squishies basically. I find myself doing roughly 1k crits at a speed 2.4. They are dead before the stun wears off. This kills even the tanks quickly.

You run on assists until mid game, and if things are going well, suddenly you find yourself 3 hitting everyone.
