Just gonna throw in my two cents here - I suggest maxing W before Q at level 13. Also, consider highlighting important keywords to make your guide appear more appealing. Otherwise it looks like a wall of text.

I will not vote because you don't include Teemo's main damage source item.You will put it,and you will know which one it is.If you don't know him,I suggest getting to know him better.Also,a suggestion: Teemo is a good ward,it is worth playing him as one.
