I have played Teemo a number of times and have found that this set up allows poeple that play our pint sized little scout to cut down enemy champions very quickly in a 1v1 situation. A good lane partener for this build is someone who uses Warwick. Although good alone, laning with a Warwick is a good choice because when warwick unlocks his ultimate the suppression is great for a coordinated attack resulting in great burst damage which at later levels usually results in a kill.

The runes I chose for this build give your Teemo armour,health as well as health per level.Magic penetration. Attack damage and attack damage per level. The Quintessences I chose further increase Teemo's damage output.

the masteries I chose Increase Teemo's defense while also hitting attack speed plus ability power which should help you harass enemy champions early on aswell as get you kills later on in the fight.

Since attack damage is taken care of I decided to use items that give Teemo great attack speed and a Blood Thirster to replenish health for the times when you wanna stay out in the lane a bit longer to collect some kills.

The skill sequence focuses on maxing out Toxic Shot first, Binding Dart second and picking up Noxious Trap whenever available. Every so often I get a point in Move Quick. This should give you great harassing potential, and with Toxic Shot's DOT you shouldent have to worry about getting into harm's way too much.

The summoner spells I have chosen are Ignite which increases Teemo's burst damage and with the mastery Burnign Embers it also give you +20% ability power when your Ignite spell is on cooldown. The other summoner spell Ghost gives you extra movement speed to chase a champion for a kill or the extra speed can be used to disengage while in battle.

The pro's are high burst damage, good harassing potential and ability to pick up quick 1v1 kills. The cons are if you are alone in a 1v2 or more situation the you most likly won't come out alive but with the spell ghost you sure can give it your best effort.

Farming is very easy because of Teemo's harassing potential, pushing enemy champions out of XP range and cleaning up minions is a great way to give your team the advantage.

This build and guide is good for 1v1 and team fights it might not be what you are looking for but this is the set up I have found that best helps me. play catious harass alot and you might find that this set up will be really helpfull to get you fast kills.
