Lifesteal is worst choice for teemo , if they dont let u attack minionsu get nothing for it .

Even though Teemo is squishy you should get life steal items to make up for less health than other units so in the beginning instead of the shield pick a good life steal item.

I agree with soelra. I feel that the Hextech Gunblade really has no place in this build. But all-in-all it seems pretty decent. Instead of the HG, I'd suggest something with attack speed and/or ability power. Maybe a Phantom Dancer or Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Bush shrooms can really shock a champion and with your Move Quick ability and a good pair of boots, you can do an easy gank.

As for the boots, I'd probably go with the Berserker's Greaves rather than the Boots of Swiftness because who needs to chase down an enemy when you can kill them in a matter of seconds. 1 movement speed isn't that much of a margin anyways so if you get killed for being too slow with Berserker's, remember that you probably would've had the same result with the BoS.

Well i do shield cuz most of champion have good harass ability and nothing save me from those like a shield but if u field defensive cuz u have some shield hero (lux,morgana) or some healer (taric,soraka,alistar,sona ) you can go sword and ring , cheers:) .

Well u can use flat penetration , but this + 10 dmg works well for me and in most of gamesi t allow for first blood and cuz u are assasin u can solo carry very easy :) enjoy .

I agree very nice my only advice would be instead of a dorans shield at the start go with either the sword or ring. Also i prefer armour or magic pen marks instead of flat attack damage as that is easily reduced by a bit of armour.

You have really used a lot of time on this people, and your guide is really in depth, defently +1 for all the work you have put into this guide.
But I do not like the Hextech Gunblade on Teemo. I highly recommend that you change it with another item. And may I btw suggest a title change? ;)
