This is how I play Teemo in both 3's and 5's. This build will allow you to set up ganks in ways the shaco does. Simply initiate, run through your shrooms while occasionally turning around to auto-attack. If they try to run, chase them with autoattacks and blind. If they continue to chase, pull them through all of your professionally placed shrooms.

With this build i've kited and killed fed tryndameres, so i know it can be done. Try it out for yourself.

P.S. you can switch out the Rabadon's for a phantom dancer if you aren't having to rely on your shrooms too much. And if you're having a problem getting cc'd grab a Banshee's instead, the extra health, mana and passive help alot for staying hidden in your enemy's jungle.
