This guide is designed for a mid Teemo with a big focus on bursting down enemies and letting them run off and die from your poison.

The items listed above are what I use, and I would suggest you use them too, but if you want to focus more on 1 thing, than you can replace it. If you are going more AD, I would advise that instead of getting malady so early, get a bloodthirster, and get malady instead of Guinsoo's Rageblade, or the other way around. If you want more Ap, then instead of Infinity Edge, get a Void Staff
