My first build on Ap Teemo! To me, Teemo is one of the strongest champions in the game if played right. Most people play him as an AD Champion but I personally prefer him as an AP Champion.

For the summoner spells, I feel that Ghost is one of the crucial spells for escaping. Flash may get you away but if for example you get trapped, flash won't help you. If you activate Ghost, along with his W, you can escape. For Ignite, it is just to finish of what you began, in case you face someone that runs faster than you like a Master Yi with his ultimate on.

The runes on AP Teemo are mainly made up of Attack Speed runes and AP runes. Attack speed is really important since your E Passive relies on it a lot. The AP runes are pretty much just there to help you get your AP up.

One of the most important things about playing AP teemo is skill. Since you are playing an ap build, make use of it. If you are playing against an AD champion with a high attack speed, you should make sure to blind him with Q at the start of every team fight.
