Damage Formula

This build is based on on-hit effects. Based on a champions without any reduction and 2500 HP:
Magic Damage: 2500*4% = 100 + 20 + 42 + 45 + 30x4 + 14%*5%25 = 344,5
AD damage: 228 + 40 (BT stacks) = 268
Total: 612,5 per hit, with 2.3 atk speed.

For a tank champion, with 50% reduction and 4000 HP:
AD damage: 134
Magic Damage = 122 + 2000&4% = 202
Total: 336 per hit, with 2.3 atk speed.

Note that with this equipment, you can deal about 1500 damage per second on AD carries (enough for you to kill them during the blind duration) and about 800 damage per second on tanks. When the target get's around 1/5 life, your poison will finish him naturally, so if things get dangerous, just back off a bit.
