Blinding Dart is awesome because it can be used for offensive or defensive situations.
Move Quick
is great because you can set up traps using noxious traps and basically kite them threw your mushrooms.
Toxic Shot
is a poison DOT aka damage over time ability with this and the attack speed and ability power items it improves this ability so well
Noxious Trap
is the greatest thing for kiting people threw your bombs be very strategic where you place them and kite them threw them.
Items
The items are balanced out in a way that attack speed and ability power are the way to go
