Having seen this build in action, I can testify to the insane damage output. +1

The way I see it, at end game, the majority of your damage is from magic, e.g. Madred's, Wit's End + Malady, along with toxic shot.

Its a close call, Armor pen would work better early game, until you get the Wit's End.

Teemo's shrooms eat mana, you can only lay 4 or 5 at level 18. A lot of people use Nashor's Tooth to combat it, I prefer to put it into the masteries
