EDIT: The only thing I do differently is put a point on Blinding Dart first and then a point on Toxic Shot afterwards, then continue with the ability build in your order, because I think it's more important to have a strong disabling ability at the very beginning to scare off/kill champions than a small source of extra-damage, since as a level one ability Blinding Dart is much more effective than Toxic Shot anyway.
I highly recommend the above changes.
